Allison Postier

Founder

Allison Postier

Allison is the founder of Dreamstead Equestrian. She has competed successfully in both the hunter and jumper rings and has honed her skills working with a variety of horses, from young prospects to high-level performers. Her time training with top professionals in the sport helped shape the philosophy behind Dreamstead: a strong foundation, correct technique, and lasting partnerships between horses and riders. That experience and passion for horsemanship inspired the program's commitment to quality care and individual development.

Shane Rubin

Professional Rider | Trainer | Program Management

Shane Rubin

Shane brings experience across professional riding, coaching, horse development, and competition program management to Dreamstead Equestrian. With a background spanning the hunter, jumper, and equitation rings, he has competed through the National Grand Prix and FEI levels, as well as in both National and International Hunter Derbies. His experience includes developing hunters and jumpers toward the upper levels of the sport, producing riders toward their individual goals, and managing complete competition programs from daily training through the show ring.

Beyond competition, Shane’s approach places a strong emphasis on the relationship and communication between horse and rider. His program focuses on developing confident, effective partnerships while tailoring each horse and rider’s training to their individual strengths and goals. At Dreamstead, his experience in riding, teaching, horse development, sales, and program management creates a well-rounded approach where the work done at home translates directly into confident, competitive performances in the show ring.

Jayden Coleman

Director of Feed & Horse Care Operations

Jayden Coleman

Jayden oversees Dreamstead's day-to-day horse care and feed program, with a focus on individualized one-on-one care for each horse. She coordinates veterinary care and scheduling, manages horse-show operations and preparation, and oversees grooming management to keep each horse's routine consistent at home and at competitions.

Misty Loggins

Assistant Trainer | Rider

Misty Loggins

Misty Loggins brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to developing horses and riders, with a background in starting young horses, developing green horses, and thoughtfully restarting horses with quirks or training challenges. Her experience includes putting first rides and foundational training on young horses, developing them through their first show-ring rounds, and bringing hunters, jumpers, and derby horses through the levels at various stages of their careers.

Misty believes each horse deserves a program tailored to their temperament, strengths, and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. She places an emphasis on building trust, confidence, communication, and a strong foundation that translates to success in the show ring.

Alongside training and riding, Misty has extensive experience traveling the A Circuit, as well as in horse sales and marketing. At Dreamstead, she works closely with the team through daily riding, schooling, instruction, and competition support, helping create the consistency and confidence that allow both horses and riders to progress and perform at their best.
