Owners have full access to the facility and its amenities, 7 miles of trails, indoor and outdoor riding areas, hot and cold wash racks, laundry service, on-site staff and farrier, magnetic/massage therapy blankets, cold laser therapy, climate-controlled tack rooms, and a climate-controlled viewing lounge. Some services may incur an extra charge depending on plan.

- The plan includes unlimited lessons and professional training rides at the farm. Lessons focus on your riding, while training rides allow a professional to work directly with your horse. Discuss your goals and your horse’s needs with the team to find an appropriate balance of both.

- Preferred includes two magnetic blanket treatments each month, unlimited fly spray refills, and body clipping services. Alongside access to the facility, these practical inclusions support your horse’s regular care and preparation throughout the season.

- What additional care services does Performance include?
- Along with Preferred’s fly spray refills and body clipping, Performance includes weekly magnetic blanket treatments, unlimited cold laser therapy, and shoe tack ons at no charge. The team can discuss how the available services fit your horse’s individual needs.
- Are all competition expenses covered?
- Show training is included, but separate expenses still apply, including show day care, staff housing, and applicable shipping charges. Performance has its own shipping rates listed below. Review your intended show schedule and the full cost of attending with the team before making plans.

- Essentials does not include training. Individual lessons and training rides are listed separately in Services & Fees and can be discussed with the team. If regular instruction or professional rides are central to your plans, Preferred may be a better fit.
- How do I join the waitlist?
- Essentials is currently at capacity. Use the inquiry form to introduce yourself and your horse, share your riding goals, and ask to join the waitlist. The team can discuss current availability and help you explore which plan suits your needs.
