Dreamstead Equestrian is a full-care boarding facility offering a variety of boarding services, lessons and sales.
BOARDING AND LESSONS
All Board includes: feed, hay, daily turnout (weather permitting) blanketing, mane pull/show clip, daily grooming, scheduling of farrier/vet appointments and laundry services.
Basic Board $1400 - Includes 4 lessons. *must meet show requirement.
Training Board $1650 - Includes 6 pro rides and 6 lessons. *must meet show requirement.
Non-Participating Board $1650 - For Boarders who do not meet show requirement. Please note does not include lessons.
Full-Time Training Board $1800 - Includes a customized training program of ground work, pro rides, and lessons.
LESSONS:
Boarders: Private $55.00 / Group $45.00
Non-Boarders: $60.00
Off-property lessons/rides: inquire for pricing and package

Tack Stalls, Bedding/Hay, and hotel fee's will be Pro-Rated between clients.

Our purchase/lease services include: setting up trials, arranging pre-purchase exams, negotiating purchase prices, and arranging transportation.
15% commission for outside lease or sales
10% commission for in house lease or sales
10% discount applied to commissions made on multiple horses in the same purchase by the same buyer.
