Allison works with horses and riders to feel confident when entering a show ring, emphasizing a strong foundation, correct technique, and strong partnerships. She believes in developing each horse and rider as individuals, tailoring training programs to highlight strengths and address challenges. Dedicated to every aspect of barn and horse management, Allison oversees daily operations while continuing to develop her own expertise as a rider and trainer, providing a seamless program that supports both horse and rider success.

Anthony grew up in North Florida helping his mom run a boarding and show program, where he learned to manage every aspect of farm operations. He is an essential part of the team, ensuring that the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Alongside his management role, Anthony has experience as both a coach and competitor in the hunter and jumper rings. He also serves as the barn’s resident farrier, taking a thoughtful, individualized approach to hoof care that supports long-term soundness and peak performance. His expertise ensures that each horse receives precise, careful attention, keeping them comfortable, balanced, and performing at their best. Anthony’s unique combination of horsemanship, management expertise, and technical skill makes him a cornerstone of the team, and his steady presence ensures that both horses and riders have what they need to succeed every day.

Macie brings a wealth of experience to our program, having trained and competed across multiple facets of the sport. She applies the knowledge gained while working in an Olympic-level dressage barn to strengthen the flatwork of every horse she rides. Macie has experience with horses at every stage, from competing in hunter derbies and Grand Prix classes to introducing young horses to their first jumps, giving her hands-on experience across all levels. She has learned from multiple international Grand Prix riders and Olympians, and continues to refine her skills under World Champion Katie Monahan-Prudent. Her experience extends overseas, having studied training methods at premier European farms, providing a global perspective on developing sport horses. With her knowledge and thoughtful approach, Macie offers riders and horses the guidance and support to build confidence, skill, and success in the ring.
